We are a cozy, gated Independent Living community nestled in the desert foothills. Every home includes an attached private carport, full kitchen, and a private patio.

Is LifeStream a non-profit?

Yes. Since 1965, we have been a faith-based non-profit. We are part of the Bethesda Senior Living family, focusing on “Business for Benevolence.”

Is the community pet-friendly?

Yes! Home wouldn’t be home without your faithful companions. We encourage residents to bring their pets and offer beautiful outdoor areas for walking and fresh air.

Does North Phoenix offer Assisted Living?

This specific location is Independent Living only. However, if your needs change, we offer a seamless transition to Assisted Living or Memory Care at our nearby sister communities.
